This automatic machine is to shrink plastic bands around the cap of jars and other containers. Shrinking plastic bands around the cap not only add to the beauty of your container but also can seal the cap and prevent leakage. Therefore Shrink seal cap is suitable for production lines like jams, pickles, sauce and so on or packing lines like bottled water, honey, chemical oil and so on.
Shrink seal cap usually functions in two ways heat elements and steam.
The steam ones applied the heat of steam to shrink the bands. This type can be used in Production Chamber and in the final packing section. However the heat element ones uses electricity to heat plastic bands therefore they cannot be in the Production chamber where humidity is high. They should be installed in the packing Chamber contrast to the Shrink Label which shrink a sleeve around the container Shrink seal cap shrinks the plastic band around cap and prevent the germs and other contamination enters the container through the cap and somehow seal the cap.
How Shrink seal cap works:
After the plastic bands are put on the cap the conveyer belt of the machine conveys them to heat tunnel to shrink the band. The NMC Shrink seal cap is equipped with a control panel which can control the speed of conveyer belt.
