However the heat element ones uses electricity to heat plastic bands therefore they cannot be in the Production chamber where humidity is high. They should be installed in the packing Chamber contrast to the Shrink Label which shrink a sleeve around the container Shrink seal cap shrinks the plastic band around cap and prevent the germs and other contamination enters the container through the cap and somehow seal the cap.
How Shrink seal cap works:
After the plastic bands are put on the cap the conveyer belt of the machine conveys them to heat tunnel to shrink the band. The NMC Shrink seal cap is equipped with a control panel which can control the speed of conveyer belt.
